Student Spotlight: Pichcha Wins Gold at Thailand Youth Games
SBS Bangkok celebrates Pichcha, Year 7, for winning Gold and the Outstanding Athlete Award in cheerleading at the 41st Thailand Youth Games.
Cheerleading confidence, discipline and achievement
Every student brings a different strength to school life. For Pichcha, Year 7, that strength shines through cheerleading.
At the 41st Thailand Youth Games in Surat Thani, held on 15–16 May 2026, Pichcha represented Region 1 in the Pom Doubles Category for ages 12–15.
She achieved 1st Place, Gold Medal and the Championship title. She was also honoured with the Outstanding Athlete Award for her category, receiving the trophy from the Governor of Surat Thani Province.
For the SBS Bangkok community, this story matters beyond the medal. It reflects the confidence, discipline and personal strengths students carry with them beyond the classroom. Keep shining, Pichcha.
