Early Years Firefighter Visit: Learning About Community Helpers

Fire trucks, helmets, rescue tools and a lot of very curious faces made for a memorable Early Years learning experience at SBS Bangkok.
On 14 May, Toddlers and Early Years children welcomed local firefighters and rescue-team visitors to campus for a hands-on community-helper experience.
The children explored the fire truck and fire bike up close, learned how firefighters use their equipment and had the chance to try a fire extinguisher in a child-friendly simulator activity.
The best part was in the children’s reactions: watching the fire truck arrive, looking closely at the equipment, trying the extinguisher simulator and asking small questions with very big curiosity.
