Student Spotlight: Goh Earns Three Double Bass Awards

Three achievements on the double bass

SBS Bangkok is pleased to celebrate Goh, Year 3, following three achievements in double bass competitions held in Bangkok.

On 2 November 2025, Goh received the Bronze Prize in the Double Bass Young Artist, Age Under 9 category at the Thailand National Youth Contest 2025, held at NT Auditorium in Bangkok.

In May 2026, he placed second in the Double Bass, Age 7–8 category at the Vienna Mozart Philharmonic International Music Competition Thailand Preliminary Round 2026, held at Alliance Française Bangkok.

Later that month, Goh placed second again in the Solo Double Bass – Children Category at the AIMA Tokyo International Music Festival and Competition 2026, held on 16 May 2026 at Aksara Theatre in Bangkok.
