New Staff Induction gives every colleague a structured start. The programme covers safeguarding and child protection, class culture and routines, curriculum planning, assessment and reporting, student wellbeing, and communication with families.

Every colleague is paired with a Staff Buddy and meets with school leaders and specialist teams before taking up their role. They have time to learn the systems and shared expectations that keep the school day consistent.
